Maison & Objet Asia 2014

I have been selected as one of the Rising Asian Talents at the first edition of Maison & Objet Asia that will be held in Singapore from 10-13 March 2014. In this exhibition, I will exhibit several of my individual and collaboration works that are made of natural and artificial materials.

Thank you very much for SAFI, Reed Expo, Surface Asia, Phish Communication, Lumina Group, and everyone who have supported and helped me preparing the works for exhibitions. Look forward to seeing you there.

Singapore Furniture Design Award 2013

Organised by the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC), FDA 2013 seeks budding design talents from all over the world to showcase their unique creations amongst international furniture manufacturers and designers. The FDA is an annual furniture design competition which aims to uncover creative minds across the globe. Winning entries will be showcased and presented at the International Furniture Fair Singapore 2013/30th ASEAN Furniture Show (IFFS/AFS 2013), Décor Asia 2013 and The Hospitality Show 2013 in the first quarter of 2013.

This year, i was selected as one of the finalists - Student Category. All finalist will do a final judging and all prototypes will be exhibited on 9-12 march at *Scape The Warehouse, Orchard, Singapore.

Creaboration: exhibition

Decorous and Kemang 89 presented 11 Indonesian Designers' products exhibition @ Creaboration Goes to Wirausaha Mandiri, JCC Senayan, January 17th 2013.

 

 

Apolite table lamp and other 10 indonesian designers' products are now available at Kemang 89, Jl. Kemang Raya no.89, Jakarta

Apolite

The basic sketch of Apolite is formed of curved lines without any volume or thickness. Rattan and iron are chosen to represent the character of each line.

The user can choose whether want to show the  shadow or not by changing the bulb. Clear bulb makes the shadow visible, while frosted bulb makes the shadow invisible or blur.

  

The 1st prototype of Apolite had won Bravacasa Indonesia Design Challenge 2012. The new version will be launched @ Creaboration, JCC Senayan, January 17th 2013.
